DiSenior Vet Nurse
Hi my name's 'Po' my Mum is the Senior Vet Nurse at My Family Vet, Wulguru. She's a bit camera shy so I've put a photo of me here so you know who's doing the talking. Anyway enough about me let's talk about ....Di (AKA my Mum). She's really awesome and she has been in the Veterinary Industry for 22 years, working in various Clinics across North QLD and NSW, looking after my furry, scaley and feathered friends. She really enjoys her work and is highly skilled across many areas, she's always ready with a smile and can't wait to get to know you all and help keep your pets happy and healthy.
Oh and along with me there's also a couple of two legged children in our house, a cat and some fish friends too. I know she can't wait to meet you all, so we'll see you soon!
Eviie VeronVet nurse
Eviie decided to follow a career in veterinary nursing because of her love for animals. She has been lucky to have the opportunity to work with many different animals throughout her life, from salamanders, flying foxes and possums to cattle, parrots and guinea pigs. She spent many years rehabilitating and raising Australian wildlife specialising in flying foxes and birds. She has also visited many countries around the world to see and work with their native species.
Eviie spends her weekends playing with her three lovely dogs Chase, Jax and Lexi or catching up with friends and family.
Growing up in the Whitsunday's, Kristen would spend most of her time in the ocean swimming alongside turtles or at the farm riding horses. This love for the outdoors and all animals led her to a career in Veterinary Nursing. Kristen will be extending her studies in the coming years as she has a keen interest in canine behaviour and animal nutrition. In her spare time you will find her and her dog Mayah, at the beach, up north camping or visiting friends and family.
RosieChief Executive Officer (CEO)
Rosie has been living at the clinic for close to 10 years. Her most important jobs are keeping all the patients company and making sure everyone is working hard!
When Rosie isn't hanging out at the reception desk waiting for pats or a treat, she is outside sunning herself on the picnic table.
*Although Rosie isn't with us anymore we believe she is still watching over the clinic.
May she rest in peace
